James R. Craven Fund

Purpose

James (Jim) R. Craven was the Executive Director of the Municipal Finance Authority (MFA) of BC from 1984 to 2000. In recognition of his contributions to local government, the MFA provides the Local Government Management Association (LGMA) $15,000 annually, for the MATI I (Municipal Administrators Training Institute) program.
