* Loan requests with terms greater than 10 years will receive this re-lending rate for the first 10 years of their loan. At the end of this 10 year period, the relending rate will be reset at the current MFA market rate and for a term to be determined. At this rate reset date borrowers with terms exceeding this 10 year period will have the option to repay all or a portion of their loan balance. Borrowers wishing to exercise an early pay down or pay out must notify the MFA prior to this rate re-set date.

On occasion the MFA will set rates for terms other than 10 years. These are the current market rates associated with those terms and should be used for budgeting and analytical purposes only.
Clients are reminded that traditionally the MFA will set an initial rate of 10 years on an issue and then re-set that rate generally in 5 year periods thereafter. Actual terms will be communicated to clients in advance of each rate re-set date. When working with these indicative rates & the amortization schedules clients may want to use the indicative 10 year rate for the 1st 10 years, and then use an estimated 5 year rate for each 5 year period thereafter. The 15, 20, 25, & 30 year rates are strictly indicative and may not be available for financing purposes.
